History of the Company

CIMEX DEVELOPMENT s.r.o.
  • We were established as an independent company in February 2006.
  • We continue activities of the original Development projects department which was established in 2003 as a part of the concern company CIMEX PRAHA a.s. The Development project department continued a long-standing activity of the company in other divisions and departments which have partaken in management of projects connected with purchases, sales, reconstructions and modernization of immovable assets of the CIMEX GROUP since the beginning of origin of the group.
  • Under our operation within the Developer projects department as a part of the concern company CIMEX PRAHA a.s., and nowadays as CIMEX DEVELOPMENT s.r.o. we have implemented the following projects:

    Reconstruction of hotels:13 in various parts of the Czech Republic
    Reconstruction of administrative buildings:3 in Prague and Karlovy Vary
    Reconstruction of blocks of flats:2 in Mariánské Lázně
    Total number of projects:18
    Total investment/costs:approx CZK 922 million



 
Rezidence Paradies

The project “Residence Paradies” followed a successful pilot project of the CIMEX DEVELOPMENT s. r. o. company in Mariánské Lázně “Residence Britania”.

Art Hotel Embassy

The project of Euro-agencies Art Hotel Embassy on Petrská 31 in Prague 1 took fourth place in the competition "Best of Realty 2008" in the category voted for by readers.
