  • Reconstruction took place in the period between 2007 and 2008
  • Total costs for reconstruction amounted to CZK 79 million

Hotel BROADWAY (Mariánské Lázně)

  • Preparation of the project of the multi-purpose center called “Broadway” with the goal of achieving a change of quality and method of utilization of the Polonia real estates on Hlavní třída (Main street) in Mariánské Lázně. This project represents reconstruction, modernization and completion of construction of three houses and the existing hotel Polonia including incorporation of the building of the former bank branch of ČSOB on Hlavní třída.
  • The new hotel should have standard **** with capacity of accommodation of 159 rooms, extensive balneo-operation which will not serve only the hotel clients only but also possible passing guests.
  • A part of the project should be a restaurant and coffee bar with capacity of 400 seats and commercial premises (approx 500 m2)
  • The zoning and planning decision for the project was issued in 2005

Castle hotel HRUBÁ SKÁLA

  • Obtaining of the building permission for partial reconstruction of the castle hotel especially the accommodation part where the quality of rooms and other spaces of the hotel in particular the conferential and restaurant rooms should be significantly improved
